The Galapagos are a naturalist’s and photographer's dream, filled with a diverse array of plants and wildlife unique in the world. This includes such exotic flora and fauna as giant cacti, finches, flightless cormorants, the Galapagos albatross that nests only at Española Island and the famed giant tortoise, whose average lifespan of 100 years makes it the longest living vertebrate on earth. Rumor has it that there may even be a “great-grandpa” tortoise that hatched around the time Darwin arrived at the islands.
During 7 days we will navigate aboard a comfortable 22-meter's catamaran chartered exclusively for our guests, visiting the islands located in the southern area of Galapagos, guided by a biologist and a professional photographer, assisted by an experienced crew.
We'll walk the islands early in the morning and late in the afternoon to get the best light possible but also we'll have the chance to practice snorkeling and explore part of the marine wildlife meeting with green sea turtle, reef white tip sharks, hammer heads sharks and eagle ray's among other stunning and colored marine creatures.
Walking along the small town of Port Ayora is another warm and beautiful experience where you'll have the chance to shop local souvenirs and visit private farms where wild giant tortoise hang around.
Join us and get the best of this fantastic and mystic place.
